Вот как это называется, когда ты делаешь заказ, тратишь 2 часа и кучу денег на дорогу туда и обратно, а тебе его просто "забыли привезти"?!

What do you call this -- when you make an order, spend 2 hours and money on the way there and back -- and they had just "forgotten to bring it"?!
